Once you get total amount of your purchase order (when you come across step 8), that means your order has been sent to us. 

1. If you do not have any discount voucher or coupon, you may make your payment directly according to total amount mentioned in Step 8. Please Kindly make the payment within 3 days from the date you make order to Public Bank Account mentioned above and email or wechat or whatsapp us a copy of your bank in slip. Otherwise purchase order will be cancelled.
2. If you do have discount voucher or coupon,please kindly sent us an email by providing discount voucher or promo code to have discount.We will deduce the discount amount from your purchase order and notify you to make payment. Please Kindly make the payment within 3 days from the date we get back to you regarding the discount voucher or promo code to Public Bank Account mentioned above and email or wechat or whatsapp us a copy of your bank in slip. Otherwise purchase order will be cancelled. 

• About Payment Method

  We are providing three payment methods as shown below. Customers are encouraged to make payment via cash deposit or online banking as there is no transaction fee. However, if you prefer to use debit card or credit card, paypal is the only platform that you can use.

  Shipping Costs & Delivery Returns
  go4cable.com offers FREE STANDARD DELIVERY on all Malaysia merchandise orders RM1000.00 and over. For shipments totaling less than RM1000.00, there is a delivery charge of RM20.00 for standard delivery. Our standard delivery option will be sent out from our warehouses located in Penang, Ipoh, Selangor, Melaka, Johor, whichever nearest to shipping address you provided. Orders over RM1000.00 always delivery for free—no promotion code needed.
  * Additional charges will be applied if the delivery address is incorrect, or if the good needs to be forwarded to a different location.
  
  General Delivery Times
  Delivery is available Monday through Friday. Shipment within West Malaysia expected to delivery within 1-5 working days after we receive payment(depending on stock availability)
   

  Processing Time
  Orders will process in two days after we receive your payment,excluding weekends. 
   
  Business Days 
  Monday - Friday 9am -6pm, Saturday 9am - 1pm, excluding federal holidays within the Malaysia. Orders must be placed by 12pm UTC/GMT Standard Time (EST) to be processed on the same business day.

  
  Order Confirmation Email
  Immediately after you have successfully placed your order with go4cable.com, you will receive an e-mail that contains information regarding the details of your order. You will receive an printed invoice upon delivery.

• About Warranty and Return Policy

  You are required to check good in front of driver to make sure quantity received is correct. No returns, refunds and exchange policies.
